If you are living there or planning to live there make sure when you move out thatthe management sign a paper showing any reparis they may do. The manager came to my apt and he said everything is OK, on the day of my departure, I asked him if he would like to have a look, he said that was fine we have already checked the apt. To my surprise, a month later I recieved a letter asking me to pay $400 on top of my deposit for reparis.



Just be careful of managers dishonesty.
