I signed a half year lease and they wanted to increase my rent $100 to re-sign another half year or pay $400 on top of my existing rate to go month to month. They require you to pay $35/ month for 1 bedroom for outside utility, which blows my mind because why would a tenant be required to pay outstide utilities including electricity and landscaping' It doesn't come with a fridge either, so add another $35. When you move out, they charge you carpet cleaning, room cleaning, and re-paint which costs another $250. I had made no damages, but they still require you to pay for painting. The noise insulation is horrible, you can hear your neighbor walking and snoring upstairs.
