Management is terrible, stay away if you dont' want to get ripped off. I've lived in this community for 18 months, the rent increases every time you tried to renew your lease. Rent went from $1650 to $1965 by the time I was finally able to leave this dump. The apartment looks great overall, i can see they've invested a lot of money on cosmetic work, but DO NOT let that fool you. If you weight more than 100 lbs or have kids, do not stay in the upper unit. If you can't stand the constant noise, do not stay on the bottom unit. I lived at the bottom unit, every night I can hear the person living above me talk, cough, sneeze, walk (your ceiling will squeek), open & close the window, flush the toilet and sliding the closet doors. I can even hear them snore every night. It was a nighmare.
If you have a pet, they will charge you $35 which is no big deal. But your pet better live or stay with you throughout the entire lease. If your dog/cat happen to pass away or is no longer living with you for whatever reason you still have to pay. If you sign a 12 month lease with pet, and your pet is no longer living with you in 5th month, you still have to pay $35/month for the remaining time left on your lease. They will not take out the pet charge period, don't even try to convince them, because they will come back and tell you they can't change the contract. On the flip side, if you were to add a pet in your family on the 5th month of your lease, they will amend your contract rightaway so they can collect $35.
