My family has lived at Emerald Pointe Apartments since July of 2005, and I honestly don't understand these comments that were left. For example, rent increases when you sign a new lease...get over it. You live in LA County, in a prime location, has great schools, its not "City Living" due to the numerous parks, its safe to go out at night, has numerous shopping centers nearby, CSU Fullerton is 10 minutes away, the apartments are kept looking new, ground maintenance is superb, and the Maintenance team responds to your issues within the day. Not to mention the Manager, Miki, who is there to respond to your every concern. We had some issues with other tenants that lived a "Night Life" schedule. They came to life at 8pm and partied until 5am. After a few security calls to quiet them down, we took our issue to Miki. She handled the issue professionally and responded to our concerns immediately. We have lived at numerous apartment complexes throughout the Southland, and never have we had a manager that knew us by name, cared for our well being, and listened to us like we have had with Miki at Emerald Pointe. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.
