Very Nice Actually - I have lived in an upstairs 800 sq ft one bedroom for eight months and am, overall, very happy. Staff is responsive and pleasant; grounds are well kept and the noise (I am on the far end in building A) is almost non-existent. Water problems If you want hot water, this is not the place. Every time you try to take a nice hot shower, the water fluctuates from hot to cold. Sometimes their isn't any hot water at all. I had to take a cold shower during raining season.
Also, some of our paint is falling off

dont move to Diamond Bar Village They called it "luxury apaprtment", but they have poor managerment, low maintence. The owner keep change managerment every six month, you have to pay all uitility even water and trash!!
