Great for Gangsters From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   All I can say is the I learned a lesson from this my 1st apt. My friend and I grabbed this apt, because it was cheap and it was a large 2 bedroom. When we moved in it was only 795.00 a month and we just paid electricity. That should have been a warning to me, the cheap rent. Good things: 1. If something breaks it is usually fixed quickly. 2. Parking spaces Bad: 1. Noise: If you like rap and Mexican music blasting at all hours then you'll love it hear. If you like Jerry Springer, you have your own show right here. Trashy people to watch. 2. Gangsters: they run the place, managers are afraid of them. Good protection if they like you. 3. Drugs: You need some crack just go to the back parking lot to buy it and feel free to shot or smoke up outside. It's too bad, the units are very nice. If they got rid of the 4 to 5 people that made that place all ghetto and hired managers with balls to run the place it would be great.
