lived here for about a year and loved every minute of it!

manager is friendly, helpful, diligent, honest; if you need anything fixed, he or the maintenance person takes care of it ASAP. they are always making updates to landscape, parking lot (adding lights), etc.

plenty of parking for residents. we were assigned two spots for our 2 bedroom apt. not too many spots available for visitors.

mostly families/working adults/retired folks, so very quiet.

large bedrooms.

great bargain for the square footage!
