Chanteclair Apartments

Renter Beware From: mica4444@hotmail.com Date posted: 11/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I have lived here for just over 2 months and I have already sought legal counsel to get myself out of this lease. You have no privacy at Chanteclair and the managers have no life, therefore, they constantly intrude in yours. If you want a peaceful place with privacy and friendly neighbors, Chanteclair is not the place for you. This was the biggest mistake I have ever made, and I am really paying for it now. Not only am I deprived of my privacy, but I over pay for a small apartment full of ants. Also, the parking is horrendous. I have to park in a dark alley that is next to the trash bins of all the businesses next to the apartments. Not to mention, it starts getting loud at 6 am from all the traffic and garbage trucks.
