Current Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   It's not so bad. The neighbor up above sometimes stomps loud. Everyone minds their own business. Gated. The swimming pools are very, very clean. This summer we went to the swimming pool quite frequently. The laundry rooms are okay. Machines are in working condition. The garbage is at the rear of all buildings. It's great so you will not have to smell the rubbish. Parking is okay for one vehicle. More than one is a problem due to the limited first come first serve public parking. Resident Manager is friendly and helpful.
