I lived here for one year. Just in time for my lease to be up. I could not wait to leave! Manager allows tenants to bring in full size pool tables and party all night. When you ask her to do something about it she advises YOU to call the police! Parking is Awful! You are assigned one space which usually someone parks in so you are forced to park across the street. They have a major mold problem and do not fix things as promised. Also on top of mold I was bit by a Brown Recluse spider 3 times during the summer. I traced the spider to the laundry room and my own apartment! I spent close to $700 in ER bills!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!
