The manager has to many un-necessary rules. Tenants are restricted on what they could or not do. Manager speaks about other tenants personal life. Very un-professional. The worse part, is that the tenants dont have the wright of knowing the name of the owner or unable to speak to him direct. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, until new management.
