The management has some many rules for this old dilapited place thats falling apart. Windows are old and you hear everything and everyone outside. Management hides behind that manager and therefore no access to the management at all. One more thing, the gates are locked at all times and therefore you have to go outside to let some one in your apt. Its a nightmare for all you people out there with a life and friends that come to visit. Learn from me, find some where esle to move, its not worth the hassel.
