Police.. Parties..Loud Noise..Poor Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   After last weeks possible gang meeting, in which the police came and broke up ... and the new apt manager not being so bright, along with the noise and parties, I am ready to move. Seems there is a large outflow of tenants, as these apts may have have lost all control. Managament needs to stay after hours. People wait till they are gone and simple break all the rules. Parties, noise, 'youth meetings', lack of security response. Need an effective apartment manager. Nothing is better, all appears worse.
