I live at this complex and when I read this review, it was immediately obvious to me that the person who wrote it must have confused PRC with another place. "Miss Laura" is not the Manager, a gentleman named Octavio has been the Manager since the middle of 2006.
Also worth mentioning, I have searched through a number of reference books and nowhere am I able to find IQ scores for any type of fish.

NO ONE WAS SHOT AT PARK REGENCY! THIS HAPPENED ON IMPERIAL HWY AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUILDING ITSELF. IVE LIVED HERE COMFORTABLY FOR TEN YEARS AND AM SHOCKED AT WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT MY HOME. ITS SOUNDS TO ME LIKE THEY HAVE SOME ANGER ISSUES.
