Since these people took over last month the place has been looking a lot better.
They are really taking better care of the property I am no longer affraid to check my mail at night. It look's way cleaner, they are actually spending money to fix up the place. I have met the new staff and they are nice and easy to deal with and they are making sure things are getting fixed. I thought about moving but I see that these people mean business and I am planning to stay

THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM SUCKS I'VE LIVE AT THE BRADBURY PARK APTS FOR 5 YEARS AND NO THE PLACE IS NOT GETTING BETTER. COME SUMMER TIME ALL THE LITTLE GANG MEMBERS WILL B AROUND AGAIN.

1600 for a 2bd 2ba is way to high for this place. It should be more like 1300. It looks cleaner but no laundry room for over a month now and all this construction is annoying already. Things are getting fixed up but at a snails pace. Why start a project if you can't finish it promptly. Sucks to be charged so much to get so little...
