If "project" like apartments are your style look no further. Right next door are some of the sleeziest, noisiest apartments/neighbors ever. Shooting are an every day event, and the police are scared to go there. Fire department (right down the street) will often wake you since they come and go sirens blaring all night long. Freeway rumbles your windows, high school band practice is very loud. 7-11 on the corner is dangerous and has had clerks killed. Rent increases found on your door nearly the day after your lease is up, and every other month after. Be careful and keep lease current if you do decide to live there. Take picture of everything if you move in, youll need them to get your deposit back in court. They have a habit of keeping deposits. The walk through is VERY important and needs to be done extremely careful or kiss your money goodbye. Maintenance crew is incompitent. I tried to have my a/c fixed repeatedly to no avail. It constantly dripped and soaked the floor in the hall(rust staining their dirty carpet), which I was charged for upon leaving. Dont leave your car out of the garage, it will get stollen or damaged. Parking sucks even if you can use your garage, hard to navigate.
