I have been currently living here for little over a year now. I am honestly not very satisfied with the facility management. One of my ceiling lights needed to be replaced. I asked the management team promptly , and numerous times of asking for the light bulb to be changed. I eventually gave up, until 3 months later the maintence came to change the bulb. By that time , I had already figurd out a technique to achieve myself. As of Jan. 2004 , the rent rised 15.00$ more. On accident, I completely forgot about rent admission fee had risen. The day after rent was due, I got a letter from the management team writing
