This place sucks.
The pool is only 3ft.
deep, my car got vandalized, the next door apartment is full of drug dealers and users.
The location is too noisy during school hours, and oh, the kitchen vent recirculates the air in the unit because there is no air duct that will uptake the air outside.
This is not a place for people with disabilities because if you live on the top floor - good luck hauling your groceries from your car because there is no elavator to ease the daily life.
This place also practices unfair billing for water and trash.
As an example, there are units that rents out for a family of 4 or more and there are units that only have 1 or 2 renters.
Everybody have to divide the water and trash bill equally although the unit with 1 renter obviously uses less water than a unit with a family of 4.
Oh, the owner's wife also flirts with its male employees.
Disgusting old lady.
There are too many reasons why people should not rent in this building.
The only thing I liked here are the friendly staff.
