We have lived here a number of years and have finally had enough. The recent management change has resulted in a dramatic decline in the quality of the complex. There are currently 10 vacancies-there used to be a waiting list several months long. The following is a list of observations: cars are frequently vandalized; graffiti around the complex is now common; persons from the adjacent complex are often loitering in the complex's center courtyard until early morning; the new "surveillance cameras" are focused on the leasing office and not on tenant parking or entrances where they're needed; appliances and fixtures are old and dated; new manager leaves before the posted 5pm time; the new manager often sneaks away to make cell phone calls while keeping tenants waiting; the A/C is a heat pump and cannot keep our 1 b/r apt cool; double-parked cars are common; power outages are common (6-8 per year); entire complex needs painting badly; manager is no longer available on weekends; grounds are grossly over watered (which tenants now pay for!); parked cars are covered in dirt and debris after the grounds workers are finished; the new manager is the owner's wife. The only bright spots remaining now are the maintenance guys who try to do the best with what little budget they are given. Oh, I forgot to mention the brand new Buddha fountain and golden lions at the leasing office entrance, real classy!!!
