HIGHLAND DOWNS HAS SKUNKS & NON-CARING STAFF

You expect a Luxury apartment complex to represent style and provide a sense of complacency, and non-disturbances.
But NO, you can't ask that of Highland Downs
1) Management changes about every 2 months.
The Managers' personalities are as follows: don't care about any issues about the property, don't care about being in the office during business hours, have the maintenance staff answer questions about rent, deposits, etc.
The Manager doesn't do much - just collect rent checks once a month.
2) There are constant notes on the door.
"HIGHLAND DOWNS HAS THE FOLLOWING RULES".
About every other day, there is a new flier on the walls, on the doors, and around the properties.
There are no get-together's allowed, there are no barbeque's allowed, there are no cars to be parked for loading...
3) Electric Stoves - Luxury'
4) There are a number of skunks that live in our aparment complex.
The Manager cannot be bothered with removing this, although there are numerous children who play outside.
5) We have not seen many upgrades to the rusted walls, but the new manager has managed to put a "BUDDHA" statue in a parking space, THERE ISN'T ANY PARKING THE WAY IT IS!!
Thank you Highland Downs, for the worst 2 years ever.

I absolutely agree, we live here too and it is hard to believe that the owner has allowed this to happen. This place needs to be repainted, the directions sign at the second entrance is painted on and has no floor plan. So, if you have guests, there is no way for them to find you. It is just awful here!!

I too also live here in Highland Downs have been for several years now. One thing that I can't believe to this day that I noticed was from my window I saw a White Lexus SUV parked in the guest parking area. Inside this vehicle you could clearly see an Asian Woman having oral with a Male. Around mid-day in broad daylight. This seems very wrong to me with this being a family oriented complex. I wasn't the only one who witnessed this.
