Having read the previous reviews, I was somewhat skeptical of this property. However, the new manager, Christina, qualmed all concerns. Professional, helpful, courteous, Christina single-handedly puts to rest the previous reviews. The property appears clean and welcoming, no problems with parking or any of the other situations listed in previous reviews. We have received nothing but the best of service, including referrals for utilities and furniture and prompt communication. Highland Downs is convenient and a great place; definitely worth your time to visit and compare. The day I first visited Highland Downs, I had visited six other properties. Without a doubt, I am glad I did not give up, as Highland Downs really was "saving the best 'til last"!
