Thank God! for Highland downs apartment complex! The class of the area. I am extremely lucky to live at Highland Downs and not one of the other dumps around who never take care of their property and let anyone in! Highland works hard at keeping its standards up as I can see a few deadbeat tenants who were probably evicted for non-payment or destruction of the property have also found this sight and don't mind spreading their lies.....Its a shame they are allowed to do this,But I'm glad they are gone as highland is a much better place without the rifraft and floatsome.
