I absolutely LOVE archstone emerald park! It is the best place I have EVER lived and have the greatest floorplans around!! HUGE Closets, Gas Ranges, FULL SIZE washer dryers! AMAZING! And the staff is so hot!!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD RENT HERE!

Well, sounds like that add. by "loveemeraldpak" is already coming from someone who is already a member of the facility staff :)
Anyway.. I had been to the place.. and it's true.. the lady was kinda tough and didn't see any welcome sign on her face :)
Apart from that.. I liked the apartment she showed me.

Archstone Hacienda in Pleasanton has the same floorplans. It's still Archstone (volatile huge rent increases), but my apartment there was much quieter than at Emerald Park, the grounds were cleaner, and it had way more guest parking. Plus Hacienda has two-tone paint and crown molding, which Emerald Park lacks, vertical blinds instead of horizontal blinds like at Emerald Park, and I personally liked the laminate counter top patterns in the kitchen and bathrooms better at Hacienda. I believe Pleasanton has a higher rated school district as well, although I am not sure what the district boundaries are offhand. I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you want to lease from Archstone before committing to Emerald Park. I never dreamed there could be so much difference. If I'd only known...
