Not Worth It From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   This apartment building is quite old and out dated and isn't worth the amount of money they as for. We have a 700 sq ft, 1 bedroom apartment with not washer dryer. The cabinets are falling apart and the hot water is limited. The on site laundry facilities are not enough for the entire community (3 washers & 2 dryers). The doors are thin and the locks are weak. The carpet is a horrible color and the tiles are fake. This is a decent apartment but definitely isn't worth the $1240 a month rent.
