And im not disappointed!! Im new to the state, and after extended research this place was the best. the ladies in the office helped me so much. Ive meet a few neighbors, and they are so friendly. Although I can sometimes here my upstairs neighbor, it does not even come close to some apartments i've rented before! but i guess i realized i was moving into an apartment, and not a house, unlike others. i have not heard 1 fire alarm in over a month, and i must say most of these reviews are bogus. bottom line: the place is nice, my guest are always impressed, i feel safe, and you can't beat this location!

It's great that you're not disappointed, but you have no business saying the other reviews are "bogus". What exactly do you mean by realizing you were moving into an apt, not a house? That only houses should live up to what they advertise? Frankly, by attacking other posters, you just discredit your own review. Do you work at the complex?

My thoughts exactly when I read this review. It sounds like someone that works at the complex. It's completely unfair and unjustifiable to say that the other reviewers are "bogus". The review sounds like they are devaluing what apartment renter's deserve. Apartments should live up to what they advertise. And Avalon Dublin Station does "NOT" live up to their promises.
