I have lived in Cottonwood for 4 years, lease is up in two months and counting every day that goes by! DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management has changed 4 times since I moved here, people cant fix anything there and have the Dublin Police on speed dial! I will tell everyone and anyone that thinks of moving here everything that I have been though. GOOD LUCK!

I second your review. I've been here 4 years as well and it's gotten awful!! The management is terrible and they never, ever respond to tenant requests. Plus, the new tenants coming in are definitely not the same kind of tenants that were here when I first came here. I really wish we could just have the old management team (from Parkwood and Amador Lakes) back.

I moved out a couple years ago, but I can third that it was bad then too. Managment was just changed, getting worst and there were a lot of scumbags moving in. Don't move there.
