We've lived here 2-1/2 years and are very satisfied. The rent is high -- $1770 for a 2BR/2BA, but we have a patio with an outside storage closet, a fireplace, high ceilings, W/D, bathrooms have large spa-type tubs and the master has a shower as well. Our apt comes with 1 carport parking spot. Some apts have single garages. All unreserved spots are marked "compact" even though most people's vehicles are SUV sized so that's a problem. And there aren't enough unreserved spots. When friends visit, they usually end up parking 2-3 buildings away from us.
It's a gated complex so we feel pretty safe. Dublin police station just up the road but crime seems almost non-existent in this area. Our area of the complex is quiet -- no kids hanging out in the parking lots, no loud parties at night. We've only complained about noise to the management once or twice in the last couple years and they seem to take care of the problem when notified.
I can't really give an opinion about the amenities b/c we don't use them but there's a large pool, spa, workout room (we've used this, small but nice and safe at night), a computer room with computers, a movie room you can reserve, a bbq area, a putting green, a garden, etc. We've only had one problem in our apartment (the microwave quit) and maintenance came out the next day and fixed it. Others posting on here complained about construction noise -- the last few months they've been retro-fitting ALL the carports in the complex to make them earthquake safe. They're required by law to do this so it's kinda dumb to complain about the construction noise when it's being done for everyone's safety.
Our experience with staff has been positive. Sometimes UPS or FedEx will drop off packages with them and they'll keep them locked in their office so you can pick up in person. They've always been nice and friendly to us.
The only thing I don't like is that they rent furnished apartments to people on a weekly basis (like it's a hotel). There's one across from us and it is a bit disconcerting to see a steady flow of strange people coming and going. And they treat it like a hotel -- putting trash outside their door and leaving so we have to call maintenance to complain about abandoned trash. When we applied to rent here, they never told us that they also used the complex as a hotel. For $1800/month for rent, I expect better.
