Management isn't that nice... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Positives: - Private Enclosed Garage is deep (but narrow) - Most people actually park in their garage = ample outside parking - Clost to BART and Ironhorse Trail - No sketchy neighbors that I could see (high deposit helps with this)- they keep to themselves - Pool is not crowded - There is not tons of rug rats running around (i.e. Archstone in Dublin) - Lots of storage in closet on outside deck - No BIG problems Negatives: - I have yet to experience friendly management - They don't prepare/clean the apartment that well for new tenants - Parking spaces outside are compact = good luck preventing door dings on your car - "Interesting" vehicles parked outside - i.e. this one car has a loose belt and you get to hear him rev. the engine of his Geo Metro to get it to catch...at 7 in the morning. - Maintenance will not take off their shoes = get some painter's booties If you can tolerate unfriendly management and find a place in the back (Dougherty road is pretty loud) this place is inexpensive for having a private garage. I will not be renewing my lease. Otherwise, check out Avalon Dublin Station. The place is new and the mgmt. is nice:)
