DEFINITELY DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT PLUS WANT MORE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS. WE LIVED HERE FOR 12 MONTHS AND THE LEASE SEEMED WAY TOO LONG. WE COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE GARAGES SEEM AWESOME BUT THE PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

I don't agree with you at all. I live here currenlty and love the area, it's close to everything I need. I don't know about deposit because I haven't moved out but Im not expecting to get everything back, because anywhere you live they will have to take some money back to get the place to make it look presentable....Im sure I will get some thing back because I don't keep my place dirty :)

I wasnt expecting much back either. I know how apartments work. The fact is they took my 600 and wanted 27 more, not because my place was dirty, that is just the standard charges for move out. They take an entire 600 which is too much. I have lived in apartments in this area for 6 years now. Too expensive to own a home. The area around the apartment is not nice either, my new place in San Ramon has a nice area. I think you are crazy if you think that is a nice apartment. IT IS NOT!!!

I agree with buzybee, everywhere you go it's the same....Deluciaj, how do we know that your right because your just saying your side of the story, god knows what kind of tenant you were lol...you were probably late on rent every month since you can't afford a house lollllllll.
