I agree with most reviews: agents have an attitude and are a real pain to deal with. The place is safe and it looks attractive. However, seems that walls are paper thin because I hear my upstairs neighbors all the time (a headache!). Maintenance of units is OK: they just do cosmetic repairs that don't last and it takes time for the work to be done. The amenities of the place are mediocre: workout room is shared w/other apt. complex and it's just tiny. When I signed the contract I was not told that the pool and jacuzzi area was going to be renovated and as soon as I moved in they closed it. It's been 5 months w/no pool or jacuzzi and the whole situation has been handled unprofessionally. I was deceived/lied. I do not recommend this place.
