they ignore tenants when issues are brought to their attention and then tenant needs to find somewhere else to live due to rent getting raised. they raise rent approx $50.00 when lease is up. they are the rudest agents i've ever encountered. I can't wait to get the he!! out of this place and can't afford a $50.00 rent increase every year. if you sign a 6 month lease your rent goes up $100.00 per year.
