Unsafe. poorly lit. NOISY. Office personal extremely unprofessional, rude and intrusive. They don't notify or they incorrectly notify residents of maintenance.
You will need an alarm system living here as you will find that your apartment may be entered with out your knowledge or permission and things may come up missing.
They believe that they can enter your apartment without you being there and without giving 24 hour notice.
The office personal have a Bully/Bossy/do as we say attitude.
