After living here for 2 years I can clearly see that there is community policing
going on here.
The problem is that the people who are the wanna be cops are ignorant tenants stalking other tenants. They have no idea how sick they are.
People living here and working here blatently harass and stalk tenants here.
I have video taped it as it's happening and I plan on turning it in to the
authorities.
DON'T move here! They stalk and harass people who live here.
GET an alarm! they will come into your apartment using a master key and they will take things. I know from experience.

I have lived here for 11 months and want out as soon as possible. The writing above could have been written by me. I have been harassed from day 1, with ridiciulous execuses to enter my apartment and private space so many times I have lost count. 48 hrs notice is legal but they have enterd to change filters or check water heater? when I am not here, once they came in with out notice at all, I have felt violated and seeking am legal action. I have never felt so harassed and watched . I praise the person who video tape, good for you, this is a very unfreindly and unhealthy place to live....BEWARE

I dont normally post...ever but I read this review and have to agree 100%. I am a good tenet,,mind my own buisness, am quiet and keep to myslef, I have lived here for amore than two years and all of a sudden have been accused for things that are not in my controll or that I had anything to do with. The policing is absolutly 100% real. Who ever posted this IS telling the truth. If the office dosnt "know" you be carfull! I cant wait to move out. I have also felt violated and if the issue i am dealing with does not clear up I will to be taking legal action. Pleaase be carfull and thanks to whomever posted the first one.

I live at Parkwood too; one year in April and I don't what the hell you people are talking about. I'm not friends with the management, walk around the complex and am very aware of my surroundings. Apparently, I have 3 very suspicious individuals who posted here that are either on drugs, punk kids, have too much time on their hands to notice this stuff or are doing SOMETHING wrong to attract attention. I can't wait until you move out either - you're creeping me out.

It is very obvious when an employee of the apartment complex leaves a response to bad reviews. If people are concerned about their privacy being invaded, then the staff needs to be sure that they aren't doing anything EVEN CLOSE to privacy invasion. They need to mind their p's and q's and make sure they give plenty of notice to tenants before having to enter their home. If there is a suspicion from the tenants that they are being watched, then a manager needs to explain to the staff to back off. If there is a legitimate excuse to maybe look at someone for a few seconds to check that everything is ok, then fine. But beyond that, do not invade someone's privacy. Do not abuse any rights you may have as an employee. Remember the golden rule, and treat others as you would like to be treated. Your tenant's are people too. They are not prisoners that need 24 hour surveilance.

I've been a Parkwood resident for 3 1/2 years now and agree that the community is nice. I'm a regular tenant with a job NOT with Parkwood, just a person who takes pride in the place I live in. And, I think it's a shame you're spreading your poison around blasting the place you live. Maybe if you spent your time helping to right the wrongs you notice instead of talking crap, you might actually be happy. Maybe you're the pr1cks in my building smoking weed and playing beer pong and having loud @$$ parties every weekend - your time is limited, I assure you. Find your "ghetto" somewhere else to me misserable in. If you are being harassed, I'm happy about it; hopefully they kick you out soon because no one gets harassed for no apparent reason, especially by the community members that manage the property. Why haven't I been harassed? I don't even know the names of the management people or ever talk to them - so why is it happening to you? Hmm...
