I have lived here for 17 months and no major problems. I agree, the rent is was over-priced for what you get, but that is really my only complaint. I have great neighbors and if you stop by on a Saturday night, it's super quiet. I sit out on the patio all the time and rarely do I hear anything but conversations of people walking by. Rarely a party place. Kids are fairly quiet and well behaved. Maintenance can be a little slow, but have never had a problem with their final product. They are quick to replace things instead of repair - which is fine with me! We are thinking about moving next year, only due to the costs, but overall, I like it here. And no, I am NOT "white trash"... I'm just a well educated average gal with an average family.

Also, there is a new manager that seems VERY nice. The former manager, Lisa, did run hot and cold and was mean. Very rude and abrupt most of the time. GOOD RIDDANCE.
