Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I loved the place when I moved in. BUT...needed to leave when RATS started infesting the place and management thought that the one they cought with a single rat trap was a perfectly fine fix for the situation. Went a got a moving truck the day one rat was looking at me through my sliding glass window and have never been back. Management said that they addressed the problem.
