My wife and I lived here for a year. One year I wish I could get back. The lady I originally spoke to about the place was very kind and talked me into moving in with a 1 year lease. (Terrible idea!) The other option would've been 6 months. She soon after was let go and replaced with one person after another who could've cared less about what was going on. There were way too many problems here to be able to list them all. One of the main ones was that a neighbor got mugged right out in the parking lot. After this happened they decided that it may be a good idea to inform the community about this peeping tom /attacker/predator that was wondering around there...a week and a half later! Problems with residents as far as letting ANYONE move in was also a big concern. They may no longer be doing section 8, but they still have a lot of people there from when they did allow it, and that causes a huge problem. We heard drunk fights out in the parking lots, broken glass would be all over the place almost every morning. All in all here's a mathematical equation to sum up The Springs experience.
No respect from management plus bad residents plus slow acting management/maintenance plus drunk fights plus people blasting music all hours of the night plus people getting attacked equals not a good place to live!

I have lived at the SPRINGS for almost a year and can't wait to move out. I came here with no pets but have come to accept the COCKROACHES in my apt as pets. Not ONE day has gone by without their presence. The people here are ghetto, just like "browneyeggirl77". She is probably on welfare and moved here from downtown Oakland, so anywhere she goes is like paradise. Bottom line is... the Springs sucks and should be bulldozed to the ground!!!

you are absolutly completely ridicolous! that is why you are going on and on about the ghetto b/c that is what you are. at least i have enough guts to post my name unlike you. you are so scared that you stay anonymous! you are a waste of space, and your opinon doesnt matter b/c the springs stays full...so no one cares what your nasty self says. you probably brought the cockroaches in the apartment, thats why they are your "pets". your right you should move. you do not fight the quiet professional enviorment that is the springs. so good ridance we are ALL glad you are leaving!
