I was very suprised about how i like living at the springs. i have lived in many apartment communities and there are normally the same complaints; thin walls, bad maintenance, too loud, office staff is incompetent, and tons of other problems. now i have been living here for awhile and i keep waiting for something to happen and nothing does! it's great!!! for once i think i have found a WONDERFUL community to live at. the office staff is phenomnal, maintenance is great, the residents are even better! you can see all the kids together playing no one singled out, neighbors get out and talk to eachother, the staff provides resident functions which is always nice to meet new people at. i am sorry these other people did not enjoy living here, maybe if they would step back and look at the whole picture things would have been a lot better for them. i strongly recomend the springs! come join us!

I am glad to hear of improvements at The Springs. I did enjoy my time living there and would return. It is a nice complex and if the construction is complete and the office staff is responsive, what else can you ask for?

How in the hell can you afford $1600/mo rent?! Is it what YOU are paying and is it really worth it?

Actually, i pay $1665 plus pet rent, and i do think it is worth it. It's worth it to have a nice quiet safe place to live. You should go talk to the office, the people in there are super nice and maybe they can do something to help out your situation. never hurts to ask. take care.
