I have lived here for over 5 years now. The complex has both one and two bedroom apartments. The turnover rate in thist ime is fairly good. But, once you get in and sign a lease here, since the apartment is in East Palo Alto, there is rent stabilization, and annually the rent increases here have been far less than what they are permitted to increase to. The location is convenient, near 101(but far enough not to get the noise), Dumbarton Bridge, and Stanford. There is an onsite manager who is good about responding to your needs. The apartments themselves are very nice and rather spacious inside. The complex has few amenities, but they include: onsite laundry, 1 parking space, paid water and trash removal, and a small pool.Pets are ok wiht an aditional deposit. Really a good value relatively speaking!
