Best Management - I have lived in many different apartments, woodland arms is by far the best. In the 8 months I have stayed there, I never incurred any problem. heat is included but, the heaters never work.
Pool is beautiful but, unless you are a polar bear its too freezing to put your feet into.
building manager does not have a clue how to fix anything, I work in the construction industry and its a down right dangerous how some of the stuff

Recommended If you are a Stanford student or work in the valley and want to live close to down town Palo Alto in an nice/fair affordable place, here is your choice.
Your best bet would be the 3rd floor on the creek side to enjoy the nice view when you get home.

A great place for Stanford students This is a great and affordable place in particular for stanford students. Has a nice yard and safe parking. The manager (Acci) and the maintenace staff are caring, polite and very helpful. I recommend this place to my friends, colleagues and others.
