Not Bad... for you money - We lived there for a year and except for the ocassional loud neigbor, whom moved out shortly after it was great. I never witnessed any prostitution or shady behaviour. All the contrary the managment were quick to shew off anyone loitering. The apartments had regular cleaning services and the maintanance folks were quick, usually within the day.
