Where do I start....absolutely the worst experience of my renting life. Everything's great, nice staff, helpful, doing whatever they can to get you moved in, you sign the lease........yep, NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First, you get a single car garage as a pkg space. Great. My big ol truck would not fit, so my roommate got the garage. Guaranteed pkg spot. The other spots were 1st come, 1st served. Well, by time I got home from work, the only place to park was 4 to 5 blocks away! Ridiculous! Didn't even have visitor spots. Rent, way to high and you also had to pay water, trash and sewer about $40 a month. Maintenance'''''' Then there was the after hrs#, sad if you had an emergency. I never did get a call back the entire year I lived there. Then there was the time "someone came in the apt, WITHOUT NOTICE, that's a no-no and left our front door WIDE OPEN for the rest of the day with their keys still in the lock. WHAT'''''' High turn over with office staff also. Oh and people rummaging through your apt, remember, no notice, is not the best feeling. Things ended up missing and other things were gone through, thoroughly. One more thing..Cox Cable does not serve this complex (they didn't mention that) it's either satellite or Adelphia Cable'''' Who is Adelphia cable' And the heating in these apts consists of "sealed heat" the kind that runs through the ceiling and runs you out of money. A definite NO on this nightmare complex.
