This complex is a nightmare. I moved in 7 years ago and it was great until about 14 months ago. There has been a change in managment 4 times in the past 12 months. The office staff are rude, disrespectful, confrontational with the tenants and lack professsionalism. They also harass the tenants on a regular basis about everything. The rent is too high, the apartments are old and everything is falling apart. The water gets shut off at least twice a month citing "water pipe" problems. The plumbing is horrible, toilet backs up at least once every 3 months. The cable is a joke. The second it gets too windy or it rains, you can bet dollars to donuts that the cable will be out for at least a couple of days. You can also be guaranteed that every time you renew your lease your rent will go up by at least $30 each time.
They allow cats, however, want a $500 securit deposit per pet as well as an additional $20 per pet each month for them to live there, how ridiculous, isn't that what the deposit is for'''' Anyway, parking sucks, you can't even have visitors because there is no where for them to park since there is no visitor parking.
I've had it with this complex and am moving out as soon as my lease is up, I just can't take it any more... This truely has to be the WORST complex in El Cajon.
