I had no problems living at Countryside Village. I agree with the others that mantainance was a little slow, but I really enjoyed living there overall. The problem occurred when we decided to move. I put in my notice, within the alotted time frame. I thoroughly cleaned the apartment before I left. Once I announced our decision to move the atmosphere and customer service changed. I was treated like a thief in the night. Since then, I've received a bill for charges 3X the amount that my deposit would cover and totally unjustified. I'm in the process of fighting the charges, so do yourself a favor. Skip it altogether.

The EXACT same thing happened to us.
I'm still fighting the charges. Management seems friendly, but apparently they're liars because I was charged for time that I was not there and even after providing proof of appropriate notice they refused to adjust the charges.
