The apartment complexes have grafitti problems and property damage problems by the tenants hoodlum children. Be prepared for your car to be vandalized, druggies next door to you, shootings near by, loud booming music in the early hours of the morning, people digging in the trash bins late at night, and the maintance guys come over to fix your apartment things 1 1/2 months later if you really annoy management constantly to fix things.
