The apartments at Eastwood Village are beyond unlivable. The apartments are full of mold. You can smell the mold when you walk into a apartment. If you need things fixed it never gets done. The laundry facilities are horrible. Most of the washers and dryers never work. There are kids running around with adult supervision. The management are rude and neglect the apartments but take proper care of the outside, which is really deceiving. The gangs around the complex scare the tenants. Anyone who is looking at renting at Eastwood Village I would reconsider. The rent is too high and the apartments should be condemned. I'm surprised the board of health has not shut them down!!!!

I have been here for several months now and am looking to move very soon. These apartments are horrible!! Before moving here I had not had to live with roaches in almost 20 years. So you can imagine my dismay and disgust! I have children and I am very upset that they are exposed to this. You can tell that instead of cleaning the apartment after the last tenant they just painted over all the dirt!! The washers and dryers hardly ever work. I reported something being wrong when I first moved here almost 4 months ago and am still waiting for it to be fixed....Taking a shower is horrible. There is a problem with the water which goes from cold to hot to cold to hot, and this happens every day all day!! On an almost daily basis they shut the water off (w/o notice) to (I assume) do repairs?? I hate it here and am very disappointed. As soon as I can, I'm out!!

These reviews abosolutely hit the nail on the head! They shut off the water without notice on a regular basis...at least 4 times since my mom has lived there in February of this year. When showering the water fluctuates from hot to cold which the hot water can be scalding. And don't even get me started on the roach infestation! It's ridiculously disgusting! They seem to be very aware that there is an infestation being that they supposedly have exterminators who come out once a week. That indirectly admits there is a problem. When they so call exterminate I'm wondering if they're using spray with an aroma of food because all it does is run the roaches out from where they're hiding and then they're everywhere...on the walls, in the refrigerator, shower, sink...I mean everywhere. They're even outside. The laundry room (in which there are roaches as well) is equally disgusting. We lived here once before 9 years ago when the property was under different management and I couldn't help but notice they still have the same worn out raggedy washers and dryers which are in poor working condition. And the floor of the laundry room is just always nasty. These are poor living conditions and I'm sure a violation of some health and safety code, but if the people of this community don't come together and report it they'll continue to profit by taking people's money and not providing acceptable and safe living conditions.
