It was all really great and i paid $1110 a month on a 1 year lease which is great because it is a nice area and the big bonus is that it has a washer and dryer in the units! but since Avalon bought it its gone way down hill. I was going to renew my lease and they hiked up the prices way too much now . and the new maintenance have no manners . they just open your door without knocking and didnt even have the right ...
