Maria is a TYRANT!!! I often wonder who she really thinks she is. I've never had any problems with her personnally but the way she treats some of the tenants is horrible. Never a nice word and always full of threats. Perhaps that's the way she gets things accomplished but when you dole out threats to people on a regular basis you need to check the renter's rights beforehand. She obviously believes she's the only one who knows anything and doesn't think any of the tenants have a brain. We all know what our rights are as renters so she needs to brush up on her rights as a rep of the owners. It's a shame that the other 2 managers (Maria is the 3rd since May)were promoted. Other than the manager, EG is really a nice place to live with great neighbors and great location.
