This is BY FAR the best apt. community that I've lived in. I've been here for a little over a year now and the only problem I had was with a leaky shower head which was fixed the same day I called the manager about it. The grounds on the property are spotless, the pool is always clean and well kept, the place is quiet, (which in itself is a first for me!) and the manager (Maria) is fantastic. I had an issue one month where I couldn't pay the rent on time, and she totally worked with me until I got caught up. Every time I run into her she's always courteous and polite, she even asks about my mom. (who happened to be in the hospital the week I moved in) My only gripe about the place is parking is tight especially if you have a truck or a sports car with wide doors.
