Got new owners and new manager

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Maria was great. But the complex just got bought by a new company and now has a new manager. They are changing all the rules and raising all the prices. The residents were given no warning of the price changes and just expected to pay up.
The apartments are REALLY hot especially if you have a west facing apartment. The little window unit barely cools our living room.
I liked that they allowed large dogs but now they are jacking up the prices to be unreasonable.
Bad mistake of getting rid of Maria.
There is NO Guest Parking unless your lucky to get an office space outside of office hours. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
