First, the positives; The rent is very reasonable. The area isn?t very bad, and is close to everything you need. They have a small gym, which was nice. Also, the management was decent and easy to deal with.



We lived here for close to a year, and had some major frustrations. The neighbors were AWFULL! Kids running wild in the halls and parking lot and rude neighbors talking and making noise outside our bedroom windows ALL night, and revving motor cycle engines noisily ALL night! The building is very old, and missing many important qualities. The walls and ceilings are thin and easy to hear through, their is no central air/heat, no dishwasher (at least in the one bedrooms), and no patio?s. Our last frustration was that they had most of the trees tropped down in a poorly managed way. The workers were noisy and parked inconviniently. They weren?t supposed to start work until after 9am, but they usually started around 8am, and were very noisy. There?s nothing worse than not being able to sleep in on your day off!
