I DON'T KNOW HOW THE OTHER RESIDENTS CAN SAY THEY ENJOY THE PLACE. I PERSONALLY HAVE BEEN BATTLING WITH MANAGEMENT FOR TWO YEARS NOW ABOUT THE COCKROACH PROBLEMS AND THE LOUD NEIGHBORS. THERE HASN'T BEEN A THING DONE ABOUT ANY OF IT. WE EVEN TALKED TO HOBAN MANAGEMENT TWICE ABOUT THE BUGS, AND STILL NOTHING SHORT OF BAITING. WE'RE CLEAN, QUITE, AND DON'T BOTHER ANYBODY, BUT DO YOU THINK WE CAN GET A BREAK, NO...DON'T RENT HERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOURSELF!!
